First and foremost, thank you for visiting. I am Sara the creator behind the scenes. I am (soon to be) wife of Dave, and a proud mom of three children. I was born in Colorado where I mainly grew up. I have lived in other regions of the world. Spent a short time in Europe but now reside in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. 

At the age of 20 I become a mom. Making meals of my own and at the time, our friends would come to our place to eat. My friends and family use to call me Sara Crocker. 

From the time I could remember I learned from my Granny how to cook stick-to-ur-ribs meals and mexican (she grew up in La Junta, CO). On my Moms side, I learned how to cook Italian and more modern meals like pasta salads. So, I have a variety of meals all around me.

Those that know me or have been invited to my house, have experienced my passion for cooking/parties/creating meals. My friends and family all know, they never leave my house hungry. 

I threw the idea of this website around for over a solid year before I started creating. From the moment I really “started” It filled my soul with happiness. I knew God lead me on this journey and it was meant for me. I do believe Where God Guides, He provides! Isaiah 58-11

As the saying goes, “The kitchen is the heart of the home”. It truly sets the tone for whatever occasion.
